The Apprentice, brought to you by Meteor, is now available on TV, online and on your mobile.

METEOR'S SPONSORSHIP MOBILISES THE APPRENTICE TO BRING YOU MORE!

For the very first time viewers will be able to access and interact with the multi award winning series in a whole new way - on their mobile phones and online. Meteor is the first mobile phone network in the world to offer customers exclusive Apprentice clips on their mobile phones.

As part of the sponsorship, Meteor are rolling out an interactive technology platform that will allow Meteor Customers and Apprentice fans throughout the country to access and interact with reality TV like never before. Meteor has launched a dedicated WEB site, http://www.apprenticeunseen.ie/. The supportive WAP site can be accessed from today, from the homepage of the existing Meteor Mobile Internet or http://www.m.apprenticeunseen.ie/.

Conor Carmody, Meteor's Director of Marketing, said, "Meteor is proud to be the first mobile phone network globally to offer customers exclusive Apprentice clips on their mobile phones, ensuring that they have the latest news and developments from the award winning series at their fingertips. Apprentice fans will now be able to interact with the Apprentice on a whole new level - on both their mobile phones and online with the Apprenticeunseen.ie."

Each week both websites will contain ‘exclusive not seen on TV' clips, program summary, candidate information, blogs and the latest up-to-date news on the show. This year for the first time fans can use the live time predictor, which is a web application that allows viewers of the show to vote for their favourite candidates online. Fans can also leave comments on the comment stream using Twitter and Facebook.

Larry Bass Executive Producer Shinawil said, "This is now the second year of the Apprentice and I am delighted to have Meteor on board as the main series sponsor. They are adding a new dimension to the show this year with online content. For the first time viewers can continue to interact with the show after the Monday night airing on their mobile phones or at http://www.apprenticeunseen.ie/ . Also we have the You're Fired show: which looks fantastic at the Wright Venue this promises to be sometimes more explosive than the actual show and with Brendan O'Connor steering it, it is sure to be a riot."

To encourage even more interaction, a search to find the Meteor's very own Apprentice will take place from 21stSeptember until the 16th October. The WAP based competition will see 7 candidates to be chosen and will compete over a 6 week period. Open to a public to vote, the candidate with the lowest number of votes will be fired. The lucky finalist will win a three month contract to work as part of Meteor's award winning Marketing team next Summer.

Ben Frow Director of Programming for TV3 said, "It's very exciting to have The Apprentice back on TV3 and I think the audience will be enthralled by the candidates, the tasks and the bloodletting in the Boardroom. And as for Brendan O'Connor on You're Fired - they are a match made in heaven!
