Meteor Launch Online Munster Fan Zone - ComeOnMunster.ie

Meteor, Munster rugby’s newest and proudest supporter, has launched ComeOnMunster.ie - a dedicated website for Munster fans and Meteor customers to get up close and personal with all the latest news and exclusive behind the scenes Munster action.

Meteor’s dedicated Munster anchorman Ross O’Donoghue, DJ with Spin South West, will be our eyes and ears on the ground travelling to all the matches reporting on the latest from fans and players.

Meteor has teamed up with Munster and Kiwi legend Doug Howlett who will flex his typing muscles to bring you “The Doug-Out”, which has the most up to date news from the man himself, a personal blog, exclusive videos and pictures and his unique ‘Dougie-isms’.

Meteor is also searching for Munster’s greatest fans to assist anchorman Ross and will recruit 7 assistants from each of Munster’s six counties and the wild card to make up Meteor M-Team.’ The M-Team will then get to report on the latest Munster rugby news from around the province.

ComeOnMunster.ie will host competitions for rare and exclusive Munster prizes such as signed jerseys and balls, match tickets, free Meteor credit and phones as well as lots of Dougie’s personal gear in his ‘Doug-Out’.

John Penberthy Smith, Chief Commercial Officer for Meteor, said:

“Munster Rugby is all about their world class fans, so we have launched ComeOnMunster.ie a dedicated web site to the Munster fans to celebrate our sponsorship. ComeOnMunster.ie is filled with news, videos, photos, blogs, and competitions with lots of free prize giveaways, bringing them closer to the action than ever before. Plus we’ll be getting exclusive updates from Doug Howlett in his blog, “The Doug-Out”.
