JUST 10 CENT PER MINUTE - A MASSIVE 80% REDUCTION
From today, Friday the 3rd of December, Meteor customers can now avail of the operator’s new UK and International call rates. The operator is offering a 10c per minute landline and mobile rate to the UK, the very best value in the market and 15c per minute for landline and mobile call rates to 45 other countries.
The 10 cent rate for the UK has been reduced by a whopping 80% for Meteor customers and is by far the best value on the market. The previous rate for Meteor customers stood at fifty cent per minute. In addition, Meteor has also reduced the price of calls to the USA and Australia by a phenomenal 70%.
Commenting on the new rates, Meteor’s Head of Consumer Segments, Bill Blake, said; “We are delighted to be offering these major price drops to Meteor customers calling abroad, just in time to wish their loved one who are not home for the festive season, a Merry Christmas. The UK is the most popular international destination for calls and so we wanted to acknowledge this and give our customers the best value rate. Earlier this week, we also launched our new mobile internet day pass, offering a 30% reduction and giving Meteor customers 50 MB on their phone for just 69 cent a day, once again offering the best value on the market. We’re committed to continuing this trend of providing even better value for our customers".
The new rates go live from today. Customers can opt-in to these great offers, by simply texting ‘International’ to 50104.
