How to Join

If you require 1 – 2 handsets simply visit any of our 39 nationwide Meteor stores and speak to one of our retail sales consultants about the correct plan for you.

 If you require 3 or more handsets call our Business Customer Solutions team on 1850 247 085  

What you'll need 

To set up your account as quickly & efficiently as possible, please provide us with the following information:

Proof of Address

We require at least one copy of a utility bill such as ESB, the address of which must match the address which is on the business application form for proof of company address purposes.

Valid landline contact details

Please include your companies landline details so that in instances where we cannot reach you on your mobile, you will still be easily contactable on the company landline

Copies of paid utility bill

If you are joining us from another mobile network, we require a copy of your latest phone bill with payment details.

If you are not joining us from another network, then a utility bill will suffice.

If you are a non-national sole trader, we require 2 utility bills.      

Company Details

Please also include your company registration number & VAT number.

Direct Debits Details

Before we can commence the process, we require your direct debit details. If you wish to change your payment type, you can do so after the first 3 direct debit payments.

Proof of ID

If you are a sole trader, we require photo ID to set up your account.
