New customers to Meteor will automatically receive Meteor's settings.
These will include settings to allow you to browse the internet and send email (Mobile internet), send MMS (MMS), and settings to allow you stream media (Streaming).
If you are an existing customers and you have not received these settings and cannot send MMS or browse the internet, you can order these settings free of charge by sending a SMS with the words SETTINGS to 50047.
Alternatively, you can order these settings by going to MyMeteor and under help and support you can select download settings.

Remember:
Mobile internet is used to browse the internet & email.
MMS is used to allow you to send MMS (Picture Messages)
Streaming is use to stream media online from sites such as YouTube.
