Call Waiting

Call waiting is a service that alerts you to a second call while you are already on the phone. With this service, you are informed of a second incoming call with a tone. When available, the number of the incoming caller is displayed and you then have the option of switching between the two calls. Your phone user guide has more details on how to use this service.
