It’s not nice to receive a harassing text message, that’s why Meteor are now providing a free service to help you block unwanted inbound communications. You can request the following to be blocked:
- Text messages from a particular number
- Picture messages from a particular number
- Voice calls from a particular number
- Video calls from a particular number
Email communication (other than an MMS to an email address) cannot be blocked at this time. If you feel you need to block any of the above, simply call our Customer Care team.
