You will need to
- Call Customer Care before you travel.

Make an advance payment of €60.
You can do this by calling Customer Care or
alternatively by dropping into a Meteor Store.
Don’t worry!
The advance payment that is required will be used against any calls/texts made or received while you are abroad. Should you go over this amount you will have to pay for this extra amount yourself. You will be billed for these additional charges incurred in excess of your €60 advance payment within 3 days of returning home, however when returning home from more remote locations it make take up to 30 days.

If you have paid your bill in full each month, simply call Customer Care and we will set up roaming for you.
