Bill Pay Roaming

  • If you have been with Meteor for 2 months or more and have paid your bill in full each month, simply call Customer Care and we will set up roaming for you.
  • If you have been a Meteor customer for less than 2 months you will need to call us before you travel and make an advance payment of €60. You can do this by calling Customer Care or alternatively by dropping into a Meteor Store.
  • All sums due under your contract must be paid by the due date before roaming can be switched on.

 

The advance payment that is required will be used against any calls/texts made or received while you are abroad. Should you incur charges in excess of this payment you will be liable for such charges. You will be billed for additional charges incurred in excess of your €60 advance payment within 3 days of returning home, however when returning home from more remote locations it make take up to 30 days for charges to be processed and deducted from your account accordingly.
