How to set up Top Up Direct

To get started with TopUpDirect, free call 1740, download the Meteor Top Up Direct app from the Google Play Store or visit MyMeteor and register your debit or credit card. When you top up once, you can then use any of these top up options:

Android App

‘Meteor Top Up Direct’ lets you Top Up straight from your phone, whenever you want and it’s FREE to download! Search for it on the Google Play Store or download it directly here

Text

Text ‘TOPUP’, followed by the amount of credit you want, a space then the last 4 digits of your laser or credit card number to 50022.
(e.g. TOPUP20 1234)

Online

Log on to MyMeteor and click on TopUpDirect

Scheduled top up

Call 1740 or select ‘scheduled top up’ on MyMeteor, then set up your monthly top up amount.

Gift top up

Top Up By Text

Simply Freetext  your Voucher PIN to the short code 50103 .
This will be followed by, an SMS response advising of the value applied.

If you want to see your balance on your phone at any time this can be by keying *#100# and pressing send/call as usual and your balance will appear on your screen.
