How to upgrade
1. Choose a phone in one of our stores or even easier why not buy online?
2. The option to purchase a phone as an upgrade will appear in the checkout process.
3. Make a call from your new phone.
Re-register with Meteor:
- online – log on to MyMeteor and update your details
- by post – there is a freepost envelope in your upgrade pack
- by calling 1747

How to find your IMEI number
Your IMEI is a unique 15-digit number associated with each phone. The IMEI for each phone can be found in the following locations:
- On the side of the box containing the phone
- By typing *#06# into the handset
- On the phone itself (usually behind the battery)
Customers will need to quote the 15-digit IMEI when registering on-line, by post or via Customer Care. This is a unique 15-digit number to your phone.
