Meteor prepay customers are entitled to receive upgrade call credits when they purchase an upgrade pack once the following criteria are met:
To receive your upgrade call credit you must make a chargeable call using your new handset and successfully complete an upgrade registration.
Note: Meteor reserves the right to reject a registration application if we reasonably deem that the information submitted is not valid.
You must be active for at least 90 days on the Meteor network before you can register for upgrade call credits and you need to leave 90 days between each subsequent registration for upgrade call credit.
You may only claim upgrade call credits by purchasing a valid Meteor prepay upgrade pack.
Once you have successfully applied for upgrade call credit, any other call credits that you may be due to receive from a previous offer will expire and will not be issued to you (this includes but is not limited to call credits due from a previous handset or SIM only purchase or upgrade).
Note: for postal registrations, it may take up to 10 working days to complete an upgrade registration from the date the application is received by Meteor.
The amount of upgrade call credits available with a particular handset will be determined by the date upon which a chargeable call is first made using your new phone. The amount of upgrade call credit available with a particular handset may vary. Please check in-store or click here for the latest call credits available.
Meteor reserves the right at all times to amend or vary the terms and conditions of this upgrade policy.
