To join Meteor Bill Pay you must be over 18 years of age.

You will need the following to fully complete your Bill Pay application.

Proof of ID

Your passport, drivers license, EU National ID Card or International passport.

Proof of address

A recent utility bill, a recent bank statement, a letter from bank, building society or credit union, a motor or income tax credit or a motor insurance certificate.

Your bank account details

To set up your monthly direct debit mandate.

Your credit card details

To make an order online

Please note your Bill Pay application will be credit scored and you may be asked for a deposit.

Fair use policy

The Bill Pay Max tariff plan is subject to certain fair use conditions, which are in addition to Meteor's existing Fair Use Policy, and which Meteor may rely on to withdraw or terminate the tariff from a Customer.

These fair use conditions are such that a Customer's use of this tariff shall not exceed 45,000 minutes of calls and/or 5,000 texts per month.

Things you need to know

Your inclusive minutes / texts can be used for national calls to Irish landlines and calls / texts to all Irish mobile networks at any time of the day within the Republic of Ireland.

The following is excluded: Calls / texts made whilst roaming; international calls / texts, premium rate services and other non-geographical numbers.

Usage of your inclusive mobile internet allowance as a modem is expressly prohibited.

There is no carry over of minutes or texts allowed.

Prices are quoted per minute, but are charged on a per second basis. All prices include VAT.
