To avail of a subsidised mobile phone upgrade on Meteor Bill Pay, you must be out of your existing Bill Pay contract with no bills outstanding, and willing to sign another 12/18 month contract.
To upgrade your mobile phone on Bill Pay, you have to be an existing Meteor Bill Pay customer and satisfy our qualification criteria.
Mobile phone upgrades are available at the published R.R.P. price at the time of purchase. Upgrade offer applies to mobile phones only. Ancilliary products apply to new customers only.
Meteor reserves the right to amend the qualification criteria and the terms and conditions for mobile phone upgrades at any time. Any amendments will be published on www.meteor.ie.
Bill Pay customers must be over 18 before they can avail of Meteor Bill Pay options.
Bill Pay customers who are on the Anytime plan must change over to a Meteor Talk price plan in order to avail of a mobile phone upgrade. Certain other tariff plans may also be excluded, and will require the customer to move to a more recent tariff plan.
Standard ID (Driver's Licence or Passport) and a Meteor Bill dated within the last 3 months will be required when upgrading.
Please note that only the Account Holder is authorised to avail of a handset upgrade.
