Mobile Phone and Broadband Stick Returns

Need to return your phone or broadband stick?

If you bought your phone or broadband stick directly from us and there is something wrong with the phone or broadband stick itself, you can exchange it for a new one, either through our online returns form or by visiting one of our  stores, as long as you bring it back within 28 days. Please bring your proof of purchase (i.e. your receipt) and all the other items you got with your phone/ broadband stick.

You can return your phone or broadband stick by:

Going back to the shop where you bought it
OR
if you bought it online please fill out the online returns form found here

If you think you are having trouble because of coverage, you must come back to us quicker (again with your proof of purchase)
---Within 14 days if it is a phone
---Within 7 days if it is a broadband stick

Sorry you will have to pay for any usage you have already incurred, and we may decide to automatically deduct this cost from any refund we give you.
