How to enable/disable reconciliation from your BlackBerry®
-On your BlackBerry 's Home screen, click the Messages icon. The Messages screen appears.
-Move cursor up to date/time. Click the trackwheel. A menu appears.
-Click Options. The Message List Options screen appears.
-Click on Email Reconciliation.
-In Email Reconciliation set the following fields
-Delete on - Mailbox and phone
