Online Store Delivery Information
Prepay and Mobile Broadband orders
- Order before 10am Monday to Thursday and you will receive your order the next day.
- Order before 12pm on Friday and we'll do our best to get your order to you on Monday.
- Order after 12pm on Friday and we will deliver your phone on Tuesday.
Bill Pay Orders
Bill Pay orders are a little different as delivery of your phone depends on how quickly you send us your signed contract and other documents. Once we receive these and process your order, it will be delivered within 3 working days.
Delivery
Your package will arrive by DPD to your nominated daytime address (within the Republic of Ireland). Remember, you will be asked to sign for your package, so it might be a good idea to provide your work address if you will not be in. (Sometimes, couriers are not able to gain access to your apartment block. Should this be the case, they will post you a letter to tell you where your package is being held).
