I am having problems sending / receiving picture messages.
Please check the following;
- Have you the correct MMS / GPRS settings on your phone?
- Do you have enough credit on your phone to send a picture message? Remember it costs more to send a picture message than a regular text (sms) message.
If you have checked both of the above, but are still experiencing problems please call Customer Care.
