Once you’ve made your first 3 chargeable calls with us, you can set up a MyMeteor account.

  5. Need to update your account details? You can change your name and address details on MyMeteor. Simply log in and click on 'Change Details' under 'My Account'.
     

How to register

  1. Log in to MyMeteor Insert your mobile number and PIN (

    Your PIN is the four digit PIN you received with your phone. If you have changed your PIN please contact Customer Care to find out how to log on to My Meteor

  2. My Account Choose 'Register Yourself' within the drop down menu under 'My Account'.

*For full details on the call credits you are eligible for with your sim/handset click here or alternatively call customer care. Please note call credit is issued on the 10th of the following month.
