How and when will my phone be delivered?
Order online before 12pm and you will receive your order the next day (as long as this is a working day). If you order after 12pm you will receive your purchase on the next working day. Remember if you order at the weekend, we will get your purchase to you on Tuesday.
You will be asked to sign for it when it arrives. Don't worry if you're not in at the time, a card outlining contact details will be left for you to allow you to make alternative arrangements.
Bill Pay orders are a little different as delivery of your phone depends on how quickly you send us your signed contract and other documents. Once we receive these and process your order, it will be delivered within 3 working days.
