How do I opt-in for a deal?

A: Opting into any of our fantastic Anytime Choice offers is easy. Simply text the opt-in phrase of the offer you want to 50104 i.e. ‘talk & text’ OR ‘’ten’ and then top up by the amount needed every 30 days. You still have your phone credit to spend as you choose.
Can I get two top up deals at the same time?
You can get one top up deal at a time, which you get for 30 days. So if you opt in to Meteor talk and top up by €15, you will not get free Meteor talk (€10) and free Meteor text (€5). The top up will activate Meteor talk.
Can I use my top up amount to decide which top up deal I get?
We need to know exactly what top up deal to put you on (for example we have numerous offers at €20). So the deal you are opted in for is the promotion that will be applied based on the correct top up amount in one go.
Is the top up cumulative?
Top up is required in one go and cannot be cumulated over time. You will find most mobile operators require this! e.g. €20 offer requires €20 top up in one go.

You can change top up deals very easily – text the correct deal keyword to 50104, call 1747 or go online and follow the steps for your preferred offer on mymeteor.ie. Your offer will then be changed.
How can I tell which deal I am on?
How will I know when the top up deal is due to expire?
On day 29 of your deal, we will send you a text to remind you to top up as your deal is due to expire the next day.
Why was I charged for what should have been a free call?
Firstly, check that you have opted into your top up deal correctly. You can check which offer you have opted into by free texting the word ‘Offer’ to 50104. We will free text you back with the offer that you are on.
Can I avail of my chosen deal while roaming?
Your chosen deal cannot be used while roaming or for international usage.

A: Yes, changing your offer is easy; simply text the opt-in phrase of the deal you want to 50104 (see our offers by clicking on the links below).
Your previous offer will remain on the account until it expires. Once you top up by the required amount your new offer will become active.
