PIN and PUK codes
- To get your phone up and running, insert the SIM into the back of the phone, turn it on, and enter the PIN number you were given with the phone. Once you enter it correctly, your phone is now ready for use.
- If you incorrectly enter your PIN more than 3 times, you will be asked to enter a second security code to allow you back into your phone. The second code is called the PUK code.
- This code is found with all of your starter information when you first become a new Meteor customer.
