Up to €30 Off Pay As You Go Handsets - Student Promotion

  1. The following terms and conditions of the Meteor "Up to €30 Off Pay As You Go Handsets Student Promotion” (the “Promotion") are in addition to Meteor's general terms and conditions of service and all other relevant terms and conditions. All constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor and the customer. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Promotion, the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
  2. The Promotion is available to both new and existing Meteor customers who are second and third level students and who present either a valid student identification at the point of purchase at a Meteor retail store or a valid student number from an second or third level educational institution at the point of purchase online between 1st September 2011 – 31st May 2012 inclusive (“Eligible Customers”). The validity and/or suitability of any student identification card is at the sole discretion of Meteor.
  3. Under the Promotion, Eligible Customers can receive up to €30 off one of the selected handset range.
  4. Eligible Customers may only avail of the Promotion once.
  5. The Promotion may not be combined with any other offer in respect of the purchase of products and no cash alternative is available.
  6. The Promotion is subject to availability.
  7. Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time.
  8. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the service are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law.
