The 5c text Add-On offer is open to all customers joining and making a chargeable call on the Meteor network on the Anytime Plus or Leisure Time Plus tariff plans.
These offers are also available to existing Pay As You Go customers on the Anytime Plus and Leisure Time Plus tariff plans only. All other Pay As You Go customers must move to these plans to avail of the offer.
Customers should allow up to 24 hours between contacting Meteor and receiving their 5c text Add-On.
Customers may not avail of the 5c text Add-On while also availing of Meteor's ‘Free text & picture messages for life' offer. Purchasing a text will result in the loss of free texts & picture messages for life.
Once a customer has moved from Free Texts for Life to the 5c text Add-On offer they may not move back to Free Texts for Life.
Customers may not avail of the 5c text Add-On if they are getting monthly Meteor Rewards. Purchasing a text Add-On will result in the loss of Meteor Rewards and will require the customer to move to Anytime Plus from their existing call plan.
It is not possible to move back to a previous call plan incorporating Meteor rewards or the Free Texts for Life offer
5c Text Add-On:
Each text Add-On contains 150 texts that can be used to send SMS messages to any national network.
Anytime Plus and Leisure Time Plus customers may qualify for the text Add-On by texting "Text Add-On" to 50104 free of charge, by visiting My Meteor on www.meteor.ie or by calling Customer Care.
While we intend to offer the 5c Text Add-On product on an on-going basis, Meteor reserves the right to alter or withdraw the 5c Text Add-On product. Such changes will be communicated via www.meteor.ie and our sales channels.
Customers will be charged €7.50 including VAT for each text Add-On purchased (5c per text message). This charge will be levied as soon as an eligible customer makes a request to Meteor for a text Add-On. Customers must have at least €7.50 in their top up balance to purchase a text Add-On.
Text Add-On must be used within 30 days of purchase. Any unused messages at the end of 30 days will be lost. Once all messages in the Add-On are used or have expired, standard text rates will apply.
Customers may only purchase one text Add-On per 30-day period.
This offer excludes texts to shortcodes and texts sent while roaming.
Customers availing of a Meteor 5c Text Add-On and the free text offer must use all messages in the Add-On before the free text offer will apply.
General:
These terms and conditions are in addition to Meteor's standard terms and conditions.
Customers availing of the 5c text Add-On agree that Meteor may contact them on an ongoing basis specifically in relation to the offer.
These offers are restricted to personal use only. Meteor reserves the right to terminate either offer without notice from a subscriber should Meteor reasonably judge that the offer is being used for commercial purposes. Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the termination of the offer.
