The following terms and conditions form part of Meteor's Bill Pay exclusive online Offer ("the Offer") which is made available to customers that sign up to Bill Pay Lite 30 or higher tariff plan via Meteor’s on line store (“Qualifying Customers”) during the period 1st of October to the 31st October 2010 (or such other deadline as Meteor may, in its' sole and absolute discretion, decide to apply) (“The Promotional Period”).
Where Qualifying Customers subscribe during the Promotional Period, the Offer involves a €5 discount on monthly commitment in respect of Bill Pay Lite 30, Bill Pay Smart Lite 30, Smart 30, and Smart 35 for a period of 12 months and a €10 discount on monthly commitment in respect of Connect 45, Connect 50, Connect 60, Connect 65, Bill Pay Max, Smart 50, Smart Lite 50 and Smart unlimited for a period of 12 months.
The discount will appear as a cash discount on your monthly bill. (In the event of non-application of discount, please contact Meteor customer care). Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the Offer, including from any ineligible or unsuccessful applications or any delay in the imposition of the discount under the Offer, or for termination, withdrawal or amending the Offer.
This Offer and its' constituent provisions are restricted to personal use only. Meteor reserves the right to withdraw or terminate same, or its' benefits, from any persons, without notice, in the event that it, in its' sole discretion, believes that same is being used, or has been used, for commercial purposes. Any changes to the Offer shall be notified to parties by being posted on the Meteor website http://www.meteor.ie/ and will be posted prior to their taking effect. Your continued use / availing of the Offer shall be taken as acceptance of any such future changes.
