Bill Pay Lite 30 - €10 off monthly commitment for 12 months offer
The following terms and conditions form part of Meteor's Bill Pay Lite 30 offer ("the Offer") which is made available to all customers (except for customers migrating or upgrading to Bill Pay Lite 30 or those on the Bill Pay Lite 30 tariff plans in the preceding three (3) months) that sign up to Bill Pay Lite 30 ("Qualifying Customers") during the period 27th of December 2010 to the 31st December 2011 (for Bill Pay Lite 30) (or such other deadline as Meteor may, in its' sole and absolute discretion, decide to apply) ("The Promotional Period").
Where Qualifying Customers subscribe during the Promotional Period, the Offer involves a monthly discount to the Bill Pay Lite 30 of €10, down to a rate of €20 per month (Bill Pay Lite 30) for a period of 12 months from sign up ("the Discount").
You acknowledge that during the life of this Promotion only one (1) monthly discount can be applied to a Bill Pay customers' account. Therefore, participating customers acknowledge and agree that they, by subscribing to this Promotion, shall not be entitled to avail of any other monthly discount on their post-pay account during its' lifetime. Meteor reserves the right to remove the discount where combined in any manner with another promotion.
Meteor shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from any ineligible or unsuccessful applications, any delay in the imposition of the Promotion, or the termination of the Promotion.
