1. The following terms and conditions of the Promotion are in addition to Meteor's general terms and conditions of service and all other relevant terms and conditions. All constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor and the customer. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Promotion, the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
2. The Promotion is open to all new and existing Meteor customers who present, at the point of purchase at a Meteor retail store, a valid third level student identification card and who sign up to the Promotion between 26 August 2011 and 31 May 2012 inclusive ("Eligible Customers").
3. Eligible Customers must conclude a valid opt in to the Promotion and must top up by a minimum amount of €20 in one go in a calendar month (the "Minimum Amount") before the 25th of the month to receive €20 bonus credit ("Bonus Credit") in the following month. Eligible customer who top up by the Minimum Amount will only receive Bonus Credit once every second consecutive month regardless of the number of times the customer tops up by the Minimum Amount.
4. Eligible Customers will bear sole responsibility in selecting how they wish to apply the credit to internet usage.
5. The Promotion is available in Meteor retail stores only.
6. Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time.
7. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the Service are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law.
