The following terms and conditions form part of Meteor's Bill Pay Promotional Offer ("the Promotion"). Meteor's general terms and conditions, to which you have agreed to, and Meteor's Fair Usage policy ("FUP") both of which are available at http://www.meteor.ie/, combined with these terms below constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor ("we/us", "Meteor") and the Customer ("you/the Customer") for the use of the Service. All capitalised terms herein (unless otherwise defined) shall have whatever meaning ascribed to them in the general terms and conditions.
The Promotion is available only for employees of subscribing businesses - being those businesses who have been approached by Meteor Store managers and who have provided a list, which they represent and warrant is an accurate, bona fide list of all current employees who may avail of the Promotion and that their consent has been obtained for the purposes of providing their names for the purposes of this Promotion. Both the subscribing business and any Eligible Participants acknowledge and agree that if this is found to be misleading or inaccurate, Meteor may withdraw the Promotion from any Eligible Participant without liability.
The Promotion is open to any person, who is on the list provided to Meteor as indicated in clause 2 above and is an employee of such company approached. The employee must present themselves to the relevant Meteor Store assigned to them under this Promotion and declare and identify themselves to be an employee of the relevant company at the point of sale, open a Meteor Talk 300 or higher Bill Pay account, by either switching their number from another operator or opening a new Meteor Bill Pay account, or already be an existing Meteor Bill Pay customers on such plans, within one month of the company providing such list of names to Meteor, to avail of the Promotion (being the text bundle ) ("Eligible Participants"). This Promotion is only open and available in Meteor owned retail stores ("Meteor Store").
The Promotion consists of a free, six (6) month, add-on to your Bill Pay Tariff Plan of a bundle of up to 250 text messages per monthly billing period (which messages cannot be carried forward), from verification of your eligibility to the Promotion (which will be notified to you by SMS), that can be used and sent from your Meteor Mobile in ROI (not when Roaming) to Meteor numbers, or numbers of any other ROI national mobile networks, whilst within ROI (excluding any foreign network customers Roaming on such national networks and excluding any premium rate numbers), free of charge. This shall be in addition to all standard offers and benefits associated with Meteor's Talk 300 or higher Bill Plans which you must sign up to, to be eligible for the Promotion, which shall always be regarded as distinct from the Promotion and governed by their further terms and conditions and the terms of service for such Bill Pay product, including at least a minimum twelve month contract for same. Any existing Customers already on a Talk 300 plan or above that validly subscribe as indicated above, shall only receive the Promotion (being the text bundle) without affect to their contractual status. The Customers' name must appear on the employee list provided to Meteor before the Promotion will be applied. If any issues arise with verifying your eligibility for the Promotion, Meteor will telephone the participant to confirm your details before any incentive is applied. In the event that you are not an Eligible Participant, you will not receive the Promotion, but shall still be bound to the Bill Pay contract entered into with Meteor and the terms and conditions of same, including the minimum term under same.
During the life of the offer only one (1) promotional bundle can be applied to a Bill Pay customers' account. Therefore, Eligible Participants acknowledge and agree that they, by subscribing to this Promotion, shall not be entitled to avail of any other free bundles available during the lifetime of the Promotion (excepting any free services provided under their Tariff Plan)..
This Promotion and its constituent provisions are restricted to personal use only. Meteor reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the Service without notice, should Meteor, at its' sole discretion; believe that the Service is being used for commercial purposes.
Meteor shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from any ineligible or unsuccessful applications, any delay in the imposition of the Promotion, or the termination of the Promotion. Any termination of removal of the Promotion, does not affect the Bill Plan and contract for same between the Customer and Meteor,
The text bundle hereunder will decrement from an Eligible Participants' account before any tariff inclusive texts. Once all promotional or tariff inclusive texts are exhausted, all remaining texts will be charged at standard rates.
Customers availing of this Promotion hereby agree that Meteor may contact them, on an ongoing basis, specifically in relation to this Promotion.
10. Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions at any time, where in its opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason. Any changes to The Promotion, or its terms and conditions will be notified to you by being posted on the Meteor website http://www.meteor.ie/ and will be posted at least (14) days before they take effect.
