Meteor Broadband To Go - 20GB (18 month contract)- 3 Months Free

  1. The following terms and conditions of the Bill Pay Meteor Broadband To Go 20GB 18 month contract  with 3 months free Offer ("the Promotion") are in addition to Meteor's general terms and conditions of service. All constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor and the customer. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Promotion, the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
  2. The Promotion is open to all new and existing Meteor customers who are not currently on another Bill Pay Meteor Broadband Plan and who purchase the Bill Pay Meteor Broadband To Go 20GB 18 month contract between 26th October 2011 and 31st December 2011 inclusive (“Eligible Customers”) 
  3. Eligible Customers will receive a credit of €19.99 on their second, third and fourth month’s Meteor Broadband To Go 20GB 18 month contract bill after they sign up for the Promotion.  
  4. Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time. 
  5. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the Service are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law.
