Top up �?�20, get �?�20 For 12 Months

The following terms and conditions of the Meteors Double your top up (hereinafter “the Credit Offer”) are in addition to and form part of the Meteor’s general terms and conditions of use. All constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor ("we/us", "Meteor") and the Customer ("you/the Customer") in respect of the application of this Credit Offer. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Credit Offer, the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
The Credit Offer involves the application of 20 euros extra credit to Eligible Customers who top up their account by 20 euros in one go in any calendar month within the Eligible Period.

The Credit Offer is available to new prepaid customers to the Meteor network who have purchased a new Meteor prepaid account (excluding sim only purchases online) between the 27th September 2010 and the 15th of November 2010 and who have moved or ‘ported’ their number to such account within thirty (30) days of purchase, save for any who have previously left the Meteor network within thirty (30) days prior to purchase (“Eligible Customers”).

A maximum of one 20 euro credit will be applied each month. The extra credit offering will only be available for a period for six months following your porting to the Meteor network (“the Eligible Period”).
Credit may be phased into installments and will be applied to your account in and around the middle of the following month after the purchase of your 20 euro credit in one go. A explanatory SMS as to the application of your credit will be sent at this time.
Extra credit shall not be applied should you leave the Meteor network before application of same and no right or entitlement to same, or monetary value of same shall subsist.

This offer or any extra credit are not open in respect of any other denomination of top up credit.
In availing of this Credit Offer, you consent to Meteor contacting you by SMS to notify you in respect of the application of credit and of other updates, changes in relation to this offer for as long as you are eligible for the offer.

Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Credit Offer in whole or in part at any time, where in its opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason, or where you are in breach of any of Meteor's terms and conditions or Meteor's Fair Usage Policy.

Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the Credit Offer or for termination, withdrawal or amending the Credit Offer.
