In order to avail of call credit new customers are required to register online, transfer of existing number (porting) and top up monthly to get phased credits.

Upgrade Customers
In order to avail of call credit, upgrade customers are required to register online and top up monthly to get phased credits.

To avail of call credit and to be entitled to phased call credit, you will need to register your phone in store or online after purchasing. You can do this on http://www.mymeteor.ie/ Monthly blocks of phased credit are dependent on top up of 20 in one go each month. Credits will be applied to your account on and around the 10th of each month along with a confirmation text message.
Note: Amounts of call credit awarded is based on the customer's date of activation (first chargeable call), not date of purchase. Amounts of call credit awarded with handsets can vary month to month.
