These terms and conditions of the Data Roaming USA Add On (the “Promotion”) are in addition to and form part of the Terms and Conditions of the Meteor Service. In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions will prevail.
The Promotion is only available to Meteor Bill Pay and Prepay, Meteor Broadband Bill Pay and Pre Pay customers (“Eligible Customers”). Eligible Customers may only avail of one Data Roaming USA Add On at any one time.
The Promotion is an optional 30 days data Add-On consisting of 200MB of data (combined download and upload) for price of €19.99 including VAT. If full allowance is used, standard rates per MB will apply (detailed pricing to be found at www.Meteor.ie)
The Promotion can be used in United States of America only. Allowance from USA Data bundle can't be used in Republic of Ireland
The Promotion will be applied to the customer’s account within 24 hours of purchase and will be active for 1 month, with details outlined below:
Add-on purchased in month with 30 days (September, April, June, November) - Add-on expires after 30 days, new add-on can be purchased on 31st day Example: If a bundle is purchased on April 4th, it's valid till May 3rd (if allowance is not used first) and new bundle can be bought after May 4th
Add-on purchased in month with 31 days (January, March, May, July, August, October, December) - Add-on expires after 31 days, new add-on can be purchased on 32nd day. Example: If a bundle is purchased on May 4th, it's valid till June 3rd (if allowance is not used first) and new bundle can be bought after June 4th.
Add-on purchased in February - Add-on expires after 28 days (29 for leap years), new add-on can be purchased on 29th day (30th for leap years). Example: If a bundle is purchased on February 4th, it's valid till March 3rd (if allowance is not used first) and new bundle can be bought after March 4th.
When Data Roaming USA Add On is applied, confirmation SMS will be sent. Before confirmation SMS isn’t sent, add-on isn’t active and standard charges apply.
The customer's Data Roaming USA Add On allowance must be used within one month. Unused allowance cannot be carried over after 1 month (with rules outlined in point 5) from date of purchase.
It’s once off add-on, so can’t be terminated after add-on has been applied.
Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time.
Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the Promotion are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law.
