The following terms and conditions of the Meteor "Refer a Friend" Promotion ("the Promotion") are in addition to Meteor's general terms and conditions of service and Meteor's Fair Use Policy ("FUP") available at www.meteor.ie/misc/termsofuse.html. All constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor ("we/us", "Meteor") and the Customer ("you/the Customer"). In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Promotion, the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
The Promotion is available to eligible Meteor Bill Pay Customers currently on the Smart 50 Tariff Plan ("Eligible Customers") who receive the promotional 'Recommend a Friend' offer via SMS.
The ‘Refer a Friend’ promotion can only be redeemed online through meteor store.
Customers who receive the SMS and who successfully recommend the Smart 50 Tariff Plan resulting in their friend signing up to the 18 month contract online is eligible to get €60.00 of the customer bill over the duration of the contract.
Once you nominate a friend and your friend registers on the Meteor Network (Smart 50 Tariff plan) and remains active on our network for over 28 days, the customer (you) will then receive €60.00 of his/her bill over the duration of the customer contract (€5.00 per month until €60.00 has been redeemed)
Eligible ‘Friend’ must submit the unique code when signing up online and once they have successfully registered for the Smart 50, 18 month Plan we will deduct €5.00 of their bill each month until €60.00 promotional offer has been redeemed.
No cash or credit alternatives will be offered.
The Promotion is only available in the ROI.
By signing up to the Promotion, you consent to Meteor contacting you by SMS to notify you of successful or unsuccessful registrations, activations, updates, changes in relation to this Promotion for as long as they are eligible and remain on the Promotion.
Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time, where in its opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason, or where you are in breach of any of Meteor's terms and conditions or Meteor's FUP.
Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the Promotion or for termination, withdrawal or amending the Promotion.
