Top up by €5 or €10 get 20% free
The following terms and conditions of the Meteor Bonus Call Credit (hereinafter “the Credit Offer”) are in addition to and form part of the Meteor’s general terms and conditions of use. All shall constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor ("we/us", "Meteor") and the Customer ("you/the Customer") in respect of the fulfillment of requirements and due application of this Credit Offer. In the event of any conflict provision relating to the operation of the Credit Offer, the Meteor general terms and conditions shall prevail.
The Credit Offer shall be available from. The Credit Offer is available to all Meteor prepay customers who register up to Meteor’s Goodie Bag loyalty rewards scheme at www.meteorgoodiebag.ie (“Goodie Bag”) and select their applicable bonus credit offer during the 1st March 2011 to 27th April 2011 (“the Registration Period”). Customers shall then be entitled to bonus credit for any top-ups (subject to any maximum top-up limit under the general terms) of the requisite value, as set out below, applied to their account from the 1st day of the month following registration for a period of two (2) months (“the Credit Period”).
Once the Customer has signed up to Goodie Bag, the Credit Offer involves the selection of one of two offers for the application of twenty percent (20%) bonus credit (“the Credit”) to such Customers who purchase and apply top-up to their Meteor account during the Credit Period through any authorized Meteor top-up channel by the requisite amount:
a) either five euros (€5) top-up in one transaction, at any time within the Credit Period (e.g. €1 bonus credit in relation to a €5 top up); or
b) ten euros (€10) top-up in one transaction, at any time within the Credit Period, (e.g. €2 bonus credit in relation to a €10 top up).
The Customer must select either option a) or b), they cannot avail of both options, nor can they switch between offers. Topping-up by an incorrect amount, e.g. ten euros when opted-in to the five euro bonus option, will result in no such bonus credit being applied.
The Credit is intended to be applied within one (1) business day of application of the correct top-up amount. In the event of any delayed application, please contact Meteor Customer Care. Any bonus credit, or applied credit, from any other promotion, offer or source shall not count or qualify in any way for Credit under this Credit Offer.
The Credit shall not be applied should you leave the Meteor network before application of same and no right or entitlement to, or monetary value of, the Credit shall subsist. No cash alternative to the Credit is available at any time. In availing of this Credit Offer, you consent to Meteor contacting you by SMS to notify you in respect of the application of Credit and of other updates or changes in relation to this Credit Offer.
Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Credit Offer in whole or in part at any time, where in its opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason, or where you are in breach of any of Meteor's terms and conditions or Meteor's Fair Usage Policy.
Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the Credit Offer or for termination, withdrawal or amending the Credit Offer.
