The following terms and conditions of the Meteor "Half Price Bill Pay Lite 30" offer (the “Offer") and are in addition to Meteor's general terms and conditions of service. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Offer, these terms and conditions below shall prevail. By registering for the Offer, you acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions.
The Offer is available to all new and existing Meteor customers who are not on an existing Bill Pay Lite offer and who sign up to Bill Pay Lite 30 online at meteor.ie ("Eligible Customers") during the period 11 August 2011 to the 31st March 2011 inclusive (the “Promotional Period").
Where Eligible Customers subscribe to the Offer during the Promotional Period, the Eligible Customer will be entitled to receive a monthly discount of 50% off their Meteor Bill Pay Lite 30 bill, down to a rate of €15.25 per month for a period of 12 months from the date of sign up of the Offer.
The customer acknowledges that only one (1) discount can be applied to a Bill Pay customers' account. Therefore, participating customers acknowledge and agree that they, by registering for this Offer, shall not be entitled to avail of any other monthly discount on their post-pay account for the duration of the Offer. Meteor reserves the right to remove the discount where combined in any manner with another offer.
Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Offer in whole or in part at any time.
Meteor shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from any ineligible or unsuccessful applications, any delay in the imposition of the Offer, or the termination of the Offer.
