Meteor BlackBerry PAYG June Handset Promotion

  1. The following terms and conditions of the Meteor BlackBerry ® Pay As You Go May Handset Promotion (the "Promotion") are in addition to the terms and conditions of the Meteor Service and the terms and conditions of the Meteor BlackBerry ® Pay As You Go Service (the “Service”).
  2. The Promotion is available to customers who purchase a Blackberry handset in Meteor retail stores or on the Meteor online store and activate the handset on the Meteor network between 3rd May 2011 and 31st July 2011.
  3. In order for the Promotion to be successfully applied to the Customer, the Customer must opt in to the Service in accordance with the terms of the Service.
  4. Once the Promotion is applied to the Customer's account, the Customer will receive a refund of the per month charge for the Service for a period of three months from the date on which the Promotion is applied to the Customer’s account.
  5. The charges for the Service will be applied in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Service and the refund of Charges for the Service for each of the three months will be applied by way of credit to the Customer’s account on or around the 10th day of the following month. The Customer will receive an SMS confirming the application of credit to the Customer’s account at this time.
  6. The Customer will be liable for and charged for any usage above the monthly limit for the Service, data usage outside the Service or data usage when roaming, at standard rates according to the Customer’s tariff plan.
  7. Once the three months credit has been applied to the Customer’s account in accordance with the Promotion, the Customer will be charged the standard rate for the Service.
  8. Meteor reserves the right to vary or withdraw in whole or in part these terms and conditions or the Promotion. Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the varying or withdrawal of the Promotion.
