Meteor Bank of Ireland Promotion 2011
- The following terms and conditions of the Meteor "Bank of Ireland" Promotion ("the Promotion") are in addition to Meteor's general terms and conditions of service. All constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor and the customer. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Promotion, the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
- The Promotion is available to both new and existing Meteor customers who are 2nd level students and who open up a Bank of Ireland 2nd Level Student Account (the “Account”) between 22nd August – 26th August 2011 inclusive and lodge €5 to the Account at the time of opening the Account (“Eligible Customers”). Eligible Customers who are 13 years or younger must have parental consent to open the Account.
- Under the Promotion, Eligible Customers will receive a voucher from Bank of Ireland when they open the Account, which will entitle them to receive either a Samsung Cobble for free plus up to €100 bonus credit or purchase a Samsung Chat 335 handset for €29.99 plus up to €100 bonus credit.
- To receive the free Samsung Cobble, Eligible Customers must top up by €20 at point of sale. To receive up to €100 bonus credit, Eligible Customers must top up by €10 in one go every 30 days to receive €10 bonus call credit in the first week of the following month and every month for 10 months.
- Eligible Customers who purchase the Samsung Chat 335 will receive up to €100 bonus credit when they top up by €10 in one go every 30 days to receive up to €10 bonus call credit in the first week of the following month and every month for 10 months.
- Eligible Customers may only redeem one voucher per person.
- Voucher must be redeemed on or before 30th September 2011 in Meteor stores.
- The Promotion is subject to availability.
- This Promotion is in conjunction with Bank of Ireland and is also subject to their terms and conditions.
- Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Service in whole or in part at any time.
- Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the service are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law.
