The following terms and conditions form part of Meteor’s ‘Meteor Club – 25% Discount Bundle’ to participating companies who have subscribed to this offer and been authorised to offer same (“Affinity Partners”) and their members involving discounts on Meteor post-pay tariff plans as set out herein (“the Promotion”), which constitute (in addition to other terms) a legally binding agreement between Meteor (“we/us”, “Meteor”) and the Customer (“you/the Customer”) accepted by you upon availing of the Promotion. All capitalised terms herein (unless otherwise defined) shall have whatever meaning ascribed to them in the general terms and conditions.
The Affinity bundle is open to any member of a participating Affinity partner subscribing to this Affinity offer. The Discounts consists of a 25% discount on all Meteor Bill Pay Tariff Plans with a 12 or an 18 month contract (“the Discount”). Only one Discount may be availed of by qualifying customers.
To avail of the Meteor Club – 25% Discount bundle, customers who are eligible members of a subscribing participating Affinity Partner, must open a Meteor Bill Pay account of the specified value from a Meteor Store between 29 November 2010 and 31 October 2011 (“the Term”) (or existing Meteor Bill Pay customers on such qualifying plans) and present their membership identification to Meteor Discount is dependent on completion of both requirements and your eligibility for such discount. Meteor reserves all rights to reject your application for Bill Pay accounts, including, but not limited to, failures on credit checks. The post-pay 25% monthly Discount shall be applied immediately and will appear on your first eligible bill and will be applied for a period of twelve months.
The post-pay Discount involves the subscription to a Meteor service contract of either 12 or 18 months in length. You are reminded that any termination in advance of such term shall give rise to termination charges. You are also reminded and acknowledge that the Discount is only for a 12 month period.
You acknowledge that during the life of this Promotion only one (1) monthly discount can be applied to a Bill Pay customers’ account. Therefore, participating customers acknowledge and agree that they, by subscribing to this Promotion, shall not be entitled to avail of any other monthly discount on their post-pay account during its’ lifetime.
Meteor shall not be liable in any way for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from any ineligible or unsuccessful applications, any delay in the imposition of the Promotion, or the termination of the Promotion.
The Discounts shall remain available for 12 months or for as long as you remain in good standing on an active, qualifying Bill Pay Tariff Plan. Any termination of your account shall result in immediate termination of this promotion and discount.
Customers availing of this Promotion hereby agree that Meteor may contact them, on an ongoing basis, specifically in relation to this Promotion.
Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions at any time, where in its opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason. Any changes to The Promotion, or its terms and conditions will be notified to you by being posted on this website and will be posted at least (14) days before they take effect. Please continually check our website for updates to these terms and conditions as your continued usage of the services shall be taken as acceptance of same.
