The following terms and conditions for the Microsoft promotion (the “Promotion”) are in addition to and form part of Meteor’s service. In the event of any conflict, these terms and conditions will prevail.
As part of the Promotion eligible Microsoft staff, as defined by Microsoft, are entitled to select one of the following options: a) A 50% monthly discount on Smart 50 bill pay tariff plan and a free Samsung Omnia 7 phone b) A prepay Samsung Omnia 7 phone at a discount price of €274
This promotion may only be redeemed through any Meteor retail store until 30 June 2011
Your Microsoft staff number and voucher code is required at point of purchase to qualify for the promotion.
The 50% discount promotion is available on Smart 50 eighteen (18) month contract only.
The discount is valid for as long as you remain on the relevant bill pay plan on which you have availed of the discount. The discount may not be transferred to another Meteor plan or account
The promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other third party discount or voucher schemes.
Participating customers acknowledge and agree that they, by subscribing to this Promotion, shall not be entitled to avail of any other promotional offers associated with this tariff plan
The offer of a free handset available with the 50% discount offers as set out above is subject to availability
