Terms and Conditions of the Meteor On Street Activity Promotion (the “Promotion”)

The following terms and conditions of the Promotion are in addition to Meteor's general terms and conditions of service and all other relevant terms and conditions. All constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor and the customer. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Promotion, the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
The Promotion is available to anyone who takes part in the activity provided in the following Meteor stores (the “Participating Stores”) (the “Participant”) between 1 December 2011 and 10 December 2011.:

Successful Participants in the Promotion will receive a Meteor Pay As You Go handset. This will be one of either:-

The Promotion is subject to availability and Meteor retains the right to substitute either of the above handsets for another handset at its sole discretion.
Successful Participants can collect the handsets at the Meteor store where they have taken part in the Promotion.
Participants may only avail of the Promotion once.
The Promotion may not be combined with any other offer or promotion.
Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time. Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the Promotion or for termination, withdrawal or amending the Promotion.
Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the service are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law.
