The following terms and conditions of the More from Meteor Offer (“the More from Meteor Offer” / “the Offer”) are in addition to and form part of the Meteor's general terms and conditions of use. All constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor ("we/us", "Meteor") and the Customer ("you/the Customer") in respect of the application of this Rewards Offer. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Ooffer, the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
The More from Meteor Offer is available to Meteor customers who register for same, by texting “Rewards” to 50046 before 25th of October (“Eligible Customers”). Availing of this Offer excludes any entitlement to avail of other rewarded top-up promotions, such as the Top-Up Direct Offer.
Such Eligible Customers who have opted into the offer as above, can then avail of twenty percent (20%) back on all top ups, in excess of €30 or more, from 1st November to 31st of January (“the Promotional Period”). Such benefit is accumulative and shall only apply and be effected upon each accumulation of €30 in top up during the Promotional Period.
The Offer is only available on top ups of the requisite amount made by Eligible Customers through the Meteor top up Channels, as designated by Meteor.
The twenty percent (20%) back on top-ups shall be applied by way of Meteor call credit and no cash alternative is available. The twenty percent call credit shall be applied to your account (being the one through which the top-up was ordered) within 24 hours of your qualifying top ups reaching €30 under the terms of this Offer.
In availing of this Offer, you consent and agree to Meteor contacting you in relation to this offer and in respect of the application of credit and to notify you of same, as well as for other marketing purposes to notify you of other updates and offers in the future.
All unrewarded call credit balance applied up to January 31st will not be rewarded thereafter, for example,. if you have topped up by €20 and then top up by €10 on 1st February this €30 accumulation will not be rewarded.
No bonus credit shall be applied should you leave the Meteor network before application of same and no right or entitlement to same or monetary value of same shall subsist.
Customers cannot participate in both the More from Meteor offer and the Top Up Direct Rewards offer. Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the More from Meteor Offer in whole or in part at any time, where in its opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason, or where you are in breach of any of Meteor's terms and conditions or Meteor's Fair Usage Policy. Any changes to the Offer, or its terms and conditions will be notified to you by being posted on the Meteor website http://www.meteor.ie/ and will be posted at least (14) days before they take effect. Please continually check our website for updates to these terms and conditions, as continued use of such Offer shall constitute acceptance to same.
Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the Offer, including from any ineligible or unsuccessful applications or any delay in the imposition of the credit under the Offer, or for termination, withdrawal or amending the Offer.
