Munster Rugby Affinity Offer

1. The following terms and conditions form part of the Munster Rugby Affinity Offer exclusive to all members of Munster Rugby Supporters Club,  Munster Rugby 10 Year Ticket Holders and  Munster Rugby Season Ticket Holders (“the participants). Upon participation in this offer, all the participants involved shall be deemed to have accepted these terms and to be bound by them.


2. All Munster Rugby Supporters Club Members, All Munster Rugby 10 Year Ticket Holders and All current Munster Rugby Season Ticket Holders are eligible to get 25% off their monthly contract,  each month  (“the offer”) on qualifying Meteor Bill Pay Tariff Plans. To be eligible all must go online to www.comeonmunster.ie/meteoroffer , submit both their name and either their current membership number or account ticket ID  to avail  of the offer. The offer is available online only.


3. All eligible participants will be requested to submit their e-mail address. A unique personal redemption code will be e-mailed to the participant. The participant  must present this unique personal redemption  code  contained in the e-mail  to any Meteor  retail, or online, store at the time of signing up to the qualifying Meteor bill pay tariff plan.  The unique personal redemption code is exclusive to the participant, non transferrable and redeemable just once by the closing date of 30th June 2011.


4. The 25% Off  monthly contract  will be available to all who successfully migrate to, or sign up to Meteor’s bill pay network and one of the qualifying tariff plans  - either Bill Pay Connect 45, Connect 50, Connect 60, Connect 65, Max, Smart 50 or Smart Unlimited – through Meteor retail stores or the Meteor online store. In accordance with these terms, a 25% discount per month shall be applied to the monthly contract only on  the chosen tariff plan.


5. The Offer is open to new customers who successfully migrate to Meteor’s bill pay network and to existing Bill Pay customers who agree to extend their contract by 12 months. The offer is available to all participants until 30th June 2011.


6. The Offer is, at all times, subject to successful sign up onto the Meteor network, including providing all necessary proofs of identification and address and satisfying Meteor’s credit and security checks.


7. Subject to the terms herein, the Offer shall continue and remain in operation for as long as the participant remains in good standing and on an active, qualifying Bill Pay Tariff plan. Any termination of their account shall result in immediate termination of this Discount.
8. The Offer provided is restricted to personal use only. Meteor reserves the right to withdraw or terminate the Service without notice, should Meteor, at its’ sole discretion; believe that the Service is being used for commercial purposes. Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the termination of the Service.


9. For new accounts, the Offer will be applied to the customers’ account at the time of activation and will be reflected in the customers’ first bill. Therefore, the pro-rated amount of the Offer up to the first bill date will be displayed. For customers migrating to a qualifying tariff plan, the Offer shall be applied and will take effect as and from the customer’s next billing date.


10. Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions at any time, where in its opinion there is a valid commercial, technical or operational reason. Any changes to the Promotion or its terms and conditions will be notified to you by being posted on the Meteor website http://www.meteor.ie/ and will be posted at least fourteen (14) days before they take effect. Please continually check our website for updates to these terms and conditions, as your continued use will be taken as acceptance of any future changes.
