Steps for exporting contacts from MyMeteor.ie

Please note, the instructions below are to help with the migration of your contacts only.  Unfortunately due to limitations within the MyMeteor Mailboxes, we cannot provide instructions to help with the migration of the content of your inbox.

  • Go to your Address Book in your MyMeteor Mail account
  • Click on import / export within this screen
                     

 

 

  • Click on “export” to have your contacts exported into CSV file.
                                          

 

  • Click on “save” to have your address book saved as CSV file ready for importing to the mail provider of your choice.  The default name for this file will be “address book” please remember to change this name to a file name that you will remember!


Next:  Create a new email account with a new provider.  There are a number of providers in the market who will have the facility to import your contents.
