Meteor Obama Offer
1. The following terms and conditions are the terms and conditions applicable to the Meteor Obama offer (the ‘Offer’) which apply in addition to the terms and conditions of the Meteor service and any other applicable terms and conditions.
2. The availability of the Offer is conditional on the President of the United States, Barack Obama appearing in official Irish television, print or online reports on Monday 23rd May 2011 in relation to President Obama’s visit to Ireland in which President Obama wears a green tie. Meteor will have discretion as to what ‘a green tie’ constitutes.
3. Subject to clause 2 above, customers who purchase any Android handset on the Meteor online store between 12.01 am Tuesday 24th May 2011 and 11.59pm Tuesday 24th May 2011 (the ‘Promotional Period’) will be entitled to receive a €20 discount off the price of the Android handset purchased.
4. The Offer is subject to availability of Android handsets.
5. The Offer is not available in conjunction with any other offer or promotion, including any online discount offer.
6. Meteor reserves the right to withdraw the Offer or vary the terms of the Offer at its discretion, without notice. Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from any varying or withdrawal of the Offer.
