1.The following terms and conditions of the Promotion are in addition to Meteor's general terms and conditions of service and all other relevant terms and conditions. All constitute a legally binding agreement between Meteor and the customer. In the event of any conflict relating to the operation of the Promotion, the terms and conditions below shall prevail.
2. The Promotion is open to all new and existing Meteor customers who are not currently on any other bill pay Meteor broadband plan and who present, at the point of purchase at a Meteor retail store, a valid third level student identification card which continues to be valid for the duration of the contract and who sign up to the Promotion between 26 August 2011 and 31 May 2012 inclusive ("Eligible Customers").
3. Eligible Customers will receive a credit of €10 on each month's Meteor broadband to go 10GB 12 month contract bill after they sign up for the Promotion.
4. Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend these terms and conditions or withdraw the Promotion in whole or in part at any time.
5. Except as expressly provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the provision of the Service are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by the applicable law.
