Free Meteor to Meteor Talk & Text for 12 months offer

1.  The following terms and conditions form part of Meteor's Bill Pay Free Meteor to Meteor Talk & Text for 12 months offer ("the Offer") which is made available to customers porting onto Bill Pay Smart €30 or higher Tariff Plan during the period 1st July to December 31st 2010 and to customers migrating  from a Meteor prepay plan onto Bill Pay Smart €30 or higher tariff Plan during the period July 22nd  to December 31st  (“Qualifying Customers") (or such other deadline as Meteor may, in its sole and absolute discretion, decide to apply) (“The Promotional Period").
2. The Promotion is open to new customers to the Meteor network who signs up to one of the applicable Meteor Tariff Plans, being Bill Pay Smart €30 or any higher Bill Pay account, between 1st of July and December 31st 2010 and is migrating from another mobile network (excluding eircom Mobile) and transferring or 'moving’ their number to the Meteor Network. The offer is also open to Meteor prepay customers migrating to Smart €30 or higher tariff plan during the period July 22nd  to December 31st (the “Eligible Participants"). This promotion is only open and capable of being availed of in respect of Tariff Plans purchased. 
3. Where Qualifying Customers subscribe during the Promotional Period, the Offer involves, in addition to the standard monthly allowances with such plans, a free Meteor-to-Meteor talk and text add-on for a period of 12 months from instigation, covering calls and texts to numbers on the Meteor Network. Calls or texts to numbers on other operators, whilst sender or receivers are Roaming or to premium rate, or non-geographic numbers are excluded from same. Qualifying calls / texts under this add-on shall not be deducted from your standard monthly allowances.
4. This add-on shall be applied within five (5) days after initial connection to the Network/ migrating to the new tariff (in the case of pre pay migrators) (in the event of non-application, please contact Meteor customer care). Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the Offer, including from any ineligible or unsuccessful applications or any delay in the imposition of the add-on under the Offer, or for termination, withdrawal or amending the Offer.
5. This Offer and its' constituent provisions are restricted to personal use only. Meteor reserves the right to withdraw or terminate same, or its' benefits, from any persons, without notice, in the event that it, in its' sole discretion, believes that same is being used, or has been used, for commercial purposes. Any changes to the Offer shall be notified to parties by being posted on the Meteor website http://www.meteor.ie/ and will be posted prior to their taking effect. Your continued use / availing of the Offer shall be taken as acceptance of any such future changes.
