Meteor Social Streams Competition July 2011
This competition is open between July 4th and July 31st 2011. Incomplete entries or entries received after this time will not be considered. The draw as to winners of the prizes will take place on August 4th 2011.
This competition is open to all Meteor customers aged eighteen years of age or over, excluding employees (and members of their immediate family) of Meteor, the eircom Group, their agents, or any other persons connected with this competition.
For a chance to win, simply enable your Social Stream Service on the Meteor Mobile Internet (m.meteor.ie/meteorsocial) and enter by submitting your answer to the question posed, together with your details and number as requested and directed.
By entering the competition, entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and agreed to be bound by them and agreed that they may be contacted by Meteor in respect of this competition and any prizes associated with same.
After completion of the draw, winners of the prize shall be selected and notified. In accepting the prize, the winner agrees to the use of their name as competition winner and to make themselves available for reasonable publicity purposes / media engagements related to the competition on behalf of Meteor
The prizes are:

- iDocks
- Sony Digital Cameras
The prize is non-transferable or exchangeable and no cash alternative is available, save at the discretion of Meteor.
Proof of identity of the winner and ownership of number may be required to avail of prizes. If winners cannot be verified, choose not to avail of prizes, do not collect same and/or the promoter cannot contact them after reasonable efforts having been made, then the promoter may dispose of the prizes as it thinks fit, without any liability for having done so.
All prizes are subject to availability and in the event of circumstances outside of its control. the Promoter reserves the right to remove such prizes, or substitute similar or alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
In the event of any dispute as to this promotion, including the allocation as to prizes, the decision of the promoter will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
By entering the competition, the entrants agree and acknowledge to release, discharge and hold harmless the Promoter from any liability and/or damage, whether direct or indirect which may arise out of participation in the competition or any portion thereof. The Promoter hereby excludes all liability and warranties, in so far as is permissible at law and howsoever arising, in respect of this competition or prizes related to same.
The Promoter reserves the right to vary, cancel, suspend or modify the competition and/or its terms and conditions in whole or part at any time without prior notice.
