Summer 2011 Freebies

1. The terms and conditions of this offer ("Offer") are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Meteor Service. In the event of conflict, these terms and conditions will prevail. This clause is subject to clause 5 below.
2. The Offer is available to Meteor Pay As You Go (”PAYG”) customers who top up by €30 (this does not have to be in one go) during the Promotional Period between 1st and 31st July 2011 inclusive  (“Eligible Customers”).  The Offer is subject to availability.
3. Under the Offer, Eligible Customers will be sent a follow up SMS and will be required to supply their email address so that vouchers can be emailed to customers. .
4. Under the Offer, Eligible Customers who either top up by 31st July to the value of €30.00 or more during the Promotional Period will be entitled to receive a voucher which will entitle the customer to receive free video rentals to the value of €40 from Xtravision. Vouchers must be redeemed in the relevant partner stores on or before 31 August 2011. Eligible Customers may only redeem one voucher during the Promotional Period.
5. The Offer is available in conjunction with our partners Xtravision and is also subject to their terms and conditions.
6. The Offer is subject to availability.
7. Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend the terms and conditions or withdraw the offer in whole or in part at any time without prior notice at its discretion, Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the varying or withdrawal of the Offer.
8. Except as provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the Offer are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
