  1. Please contact WIN | WIN Travel at least 10 days before your day of departure.
  2. No cash alternative is available.
  3.  The voucher is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
  4. Photocopies will not be accepted and the voucher is not transferable.
  5. No change can be given. This voucher can only be used in one transaction and no change can be given.
  6. Your choice of holiday is subject to availability and upon booking you agree to your chosen operators terms and conditions.
  7. If you wish to cancel your holiday, cancellation fees will apply and the voucher amount is non refundable.
  8. The vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or coupon.
  9. This voucher is ONLY valid booking through WIN | WIN Travel.
  10. Lost or Stolen vouchers cannot be replaced.
  11. Vouchers cannot be used to purchase foreign currency or Traveller’s Cheques.
