The terms and conditions of this offer ("Offer") are in addition to the Terms and Conditions of the Meteor Service. In the event of conflict, these terms and conditions will prevail. This clause is subject to clause 5 below.
The Offer is available to any new or upgrading Meteor Pay As You Go (“PAYG”) customer who purchases a PAYG handset at the value of €49.99 or more from Meteor sales channels during the Promotional Period between 1 July 2011 and 31 August 2011 inclusive (online only) (“Eligible Customers”).
Under the Offer, Eligible Customers who purchase a PAYG handset to the value of €49.99 or more from Meteor’s online store during the Promotional Period will be entitled to receive a voucher which will entitle the customer to receive ten free video rentals from Xtra-vision. Eligible Customers who purchase a PAYG handset to the value of €49.99 or more from any Meteor store during the Promotional Period will be entitled to receive either a) a voucher which will entitle the customer to receive ten free video rentals from Xtra-vision or b) a free gift pack and a voucher which will entitle the customer to receive a beauty treatment from The Body Shop.
Vouchers must be redeemed in the relevant partner stores on or before 31 August 2011. Eligible Customers may only redeem one voucher during the Promotional Period.
The Offer is available in conjunction with our partners The Body Shop and Xtra-vision and is also subject to their terms and conditions.
The Offer is subject to availability.
Meteor reserves the right to vary or amend the terms and conditions or withdraw the offer in whole or in part at any time without prior notice at its discretion, Meteor shall not be liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, howsoever arising from the varying or withdrawal of the Offer.
Except as provided in these terms and conditions, all conditions, terms, warranties and representations whether express or implied by law in relation to the Offer are excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
